1. Confirmation and Acceptance of the Agreement Terms

Please read this Like Club User Registration Agreement carefully (hereinafter referred to as“this Agreement”), and make sure that you fully understand all the terms of this Agreement, especially the provisions concerning your significant rights and interests. Unless you accept all the terms of this Agreement,

Like Club operates and enjoys complete ownership and intellectual property rights. The services provided by this website shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the published terms and operating rules. 2.Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights

The content provided by the Company in“Like Club”software and related services (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, charts, logos, marks, advertisements, trademarks, trade names, domain names, software, programs, data, data files, discoveries, inventions, works, designs, technologies, methods, processes, plans, formulas, column catalogs and names, content classification standards, past, current, and planned research and development results, and any other information or materials) are protected by current Chinese laws and regulations, rules and systems, and applicable international conventions relating to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights and/or other proprietary rights. At the same time, the copyright, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of the software on which the Company relies to provide services belong to the Company. Without the Company’s explicit written authorization, no person may use, provide, disclose, copy, reproduce, sell, transfer, license, market, publish, promote, assign, dispose of, or exploit any content or services provided on this website for any purpose, nor mirror them on servers not owned by the Company. Otherwise, the Company shall pursue economic compensation and other legal liabilities for infringement in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Service Terms

1, Service Description

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change all or part of the service content of Like Club, suspend, or terminate such services. The Company shall not bear any losses caused to users by business adjustments. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, any new functions added to or enhancing the current website, including newly launched products and membership benefits give away upon purchasing designated goods,. shall be governed by this Agreement. The services of this website are provided only on an "as is" basis. Like Club only provides related services and shall not be responsible for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, failure to store any user communications or personalized settings, or any costs required for equipment related to the services, or any other issues, all of which shall be borne by the user, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility.

1.2 When providing services, Like Club may charge certain fees for some services. In such cases, Like Club will make clear prompts on the relevant pages. If the user refuses to pay such fees, the relevant services cannot be used.

2, Service Content

2.1 The services provided by Like Club may include text, software, sound, pictures, videos, charts, etc. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other proprietary rights laws.

2.2 Users may only use such content after obtaining authorization from Like Club or other relevant rights holders, and may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works related to such content without authorization.

2.3 Like Club encourages users to fully utilize the platform to freely post and share their own information, but such content must be in the public domain. At the same time, users shall enjoy copyright and related rights in accordance with the law for the lawful content they create and publish on Like Club. Users shall not post content protected by intellectual property laws and other protections through Like Club. With respect to content published by users, if a third party complains to Like Club and submits preliminary evidence, and Like Club determines that the complaint is valid, Like Club will delete such content. If the user’s published content causes losses to Like Club, the user shall be liable for compensation. 2.4 Public information posted on Like Club: In this Agreement, "public areas of the Service" refers to areas accessible to the general public. The user agrees that with respect to content posted by the user in public areas of the Service and any other public areas of the Service, including photos, text, or audio-visual materials and other content, the user irrevocably grants Like Club a worldwide, perpetual right of use. Like Club may, for the specific purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting such posted content, reproduce the foregoing content, modify, rewrite, adapt, or publish it. The above use of photos and text/audio-visual materials is solely for the purpose of posting such photos or materials on the Service.

4. Rules of Use

1A single mobile phone number may only register one Like Club account. (Users who purchase goods in designated areas will receive membership benefits..Different product values correspond to different membership levels.) It is not allowed for the same user to register multiple accounts using the same mobile phone number or information already registered by other users on Like Club.

2Users shall have full civil capacity, or if they do not have full civil capacity, they must obtain the consent of their legal representative and register and accept Like Club services through their legal representative. Otherwise, users shall not accept Like Club services, and the Company has the right to refuse to provide services. Unless there is relevant evidence to the contrary, acceptance of Like Club services shall be deemed that the user has the corresponding civil capacity.

3Users shall properly keep their account and password safe and ensure the security of their own account. Users undertake not to lend, transfer, or use the account for any illegal purpose. If a user maliciously purchases designated goods to obtain membership benefits, and after obtaining the corresponding rights, takes tasks and then maliciously refunds the goods, such user membership Like Club has the right to refuse refunds, suspend services, and ban the account..Like Club has the right not to pay out commissions earned from tasks completed by such membership accounts..Otherwise, all losses and other legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user. Any activities carried out using the user’s account shall be deemed the user’s own actions, and the user shall bear full responsibility for them. If the user’s account or password is stolen or any other security issue occurs (including but not limited to intrusion into the Company’s and other computer systems, backend systems, etc.), the Company has the right to immediately ban the account and reserve the right to pursue relevant legal liabilities.

4The information submitted by users during registration and use of Like Club services must be true, accurate, and complete. Otherwise, if the user is unable to use Like Club services or suffers any other losses, such losses shall be borne by the user.

5When using Like Club services, users shall comply with relevant laws and regulations, this Agreement, and other relevant rules of use, follow the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, and good faith, not use Like Club to infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others or seek any improper benefits, and not disrupt the order of the platform.

6Users shall not use this website to create, upload, copy, publish, disseminate, download, or repost the following content:

（1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

（2) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

（3) Harming national honor and interests;

（4) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;

（5) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults or feudal superstition;

（6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;

（7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incitement to crime;

（8) Insulting or slandering others, or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;

（9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

（9) This software distribution mechanism is only for learning and testing. Please do not use it for commercial purposes, and never use it for pyramid selling or similar activities. The consequences shall have nothing to do with this organization.

7Users shall not use Like Club to engage in any illegal or criminal activities; nor shall they use any technical means or other methods to interfere with the normal operation of Like Club or interfere with other users’ normal use of Like Club services.

（10) It is prohibited to fabricate abnormal behaviors such as follower counts and view counts for users and content (including comments, notes, favorites lists, etc.): Definition of abnormal behavior: Abnormal bulk following, liking, favoriting, and other improper profit-seeking behaviors, including but not limited to the purpose of fabricating false follower counts and page views. Handling measures: False and abnormal data related to abnormal accounts and abnormal behaviors will be regularly cleaned up and deleted. If follower boosting or like boosting is confirmed, measures such as limiting exposure will be taken. In serious cases, the account will be permanently banned. Note: If the published information contains any of the above violations, including but not limited to them, the platform has the right to delete or modify the content, limit content exposure, and take measures such as banning the violator according to the severity of the violation.
